At Abarn we want you to be 100% happy and thrilled with your purchase, as we are about how products we sell.

So to give you that great shopping and product experience, we offer a massive 60 day no quibble return policy, as we all lead busy life styles.

But in this period your item(s) is are your responsibility, and must be returned in a new and unused condition, in original packaging, with labels still attached.

Faulty Items, Wrong Size or Simply Changed Your Mind

If you product has a fault, please contact us at sales[at]abarn.co.uk within the first 14 days, which starts the day after you received your item. We will be happy to help resolve any queries or problems that you may have.

Returning Products

Please contact us first regarding your reason for returning your item. Please note that it is with regret that the buyer is responsible for postage & packing for returns.

What happens if someone changes their mind?

Do give refund/ credit/ replacement?

Yes we do refund or replace.

What happens if the product is the wrong size?

Always measure yourself before ordering, however we understand that sometimes product sizes can vary from person to person.

How long do you require assessing faulty products before sending a replacement or issuing refund?

First contact us for a return code, which helps us deal faster with your item. We will refund your money within 24 hours of return of your item .
